Pricing questions, answered
- Do paid credits expire?
- No. Any Single Card or Card Pack credits you buy stay on your account until you use them — they never expire.
- What’s the difference between a ready-made template and a one-of-a-kind card?
- Only where the artwork starts. A ready-made template is a finished design. A one-of-a-kind card is designed by AI from your own event description, so no one else has it — it starts as a free preview, and you keep the one you like. Either way you see exactly what you get before you pay. Both cost one credit, both let you edit the text, fonts, colors, and layout, and both download as an unwatermarked JPG plus a 300 DPI print-ready PDF.
- Can I see a design before paying?
- Yes. Browsing the template gallery and personalizing a card on screen is free, and so is previewing a one-of-a-kind card: your first 5 previews are free, and every credit you buy adds 5 more. You only spend a credit when you keep a preview or download a ready-made design.
- Can I print a template card?
- Yes. Every paid card — ready-made or one-of-a-kind — comes with both files you need: an unwatermarked 5×7 JPG at 300 DPI, which any photo counter or online printer takes, and a print-ready 5×7 PDF for printing at home or at a copy shop.
- Can guests RSVP online?
- Yes, and it costs nothing extra. While you’re making your card you can turn on a private RSVP page — you get a link to share by text or email, and guests reply with their name, whether they’re coming, and how many people they’re bringing. Only you can see the guest list. Nothing is printed on the card itself, so the artwork stays clean. Choose it while you’re making the card; an RSVP page can’t be added afterwards.
- How does billing work?
- Stripe Checkout handles every payment. Buy a Single Card for a one-time $2.99, or a Card Pack of 3 for $5.99 — both are one-time charges with no subscriptions and no auto-renewal. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated from your billing address and added at checkout.
- Single card or Card Pack — which should I pick?
- If you only need one invitation, the $2.99 Single Card is the quickest option. If you are making several — invitations for more than one event, or a save-the-date and an invitation — the $5.99 Card Pack works out to just $2.00 a card and the credits never expire.
