Terms of Service

By creating an account or using InviteCardAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be 13 years of age or older to create an account. By signing up you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. We use passwordless authentication (magic link and Google) — there is no password for you to manage.

You agree not to use InviteCardAI to:

• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes any third party's rights.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, payment requirements, or authentication.
• Submit prompts intended to extract, modify, or leak our system prompts or other users' data.
• Use automated tools to scrape the product or to make large numbers of generations.

Cards are generated by third-party AI models. We do not guarantee that any generated image is unique, free of unintended similarity to other works, or fit for a particular purpose. Subject to these terms, you may use cards you generate for your personal events, including printing and sharing with guests.

• Credits: Every finished card — a ready-made template or an AI-designed card — costs one credit and requires an account. Browsing and personalizing a card on screen is free. An AI design starts as a watermarked preview that you can view and edit on screen only; your first 5 previews are free, every credit you buy adds 5 more, and a preview you don’t keep is deleted after 30 days. The credit is spent when you keep a preview or download a ready-made template. There is no free download.
• Single Card: A Single Card costs $2.99, plus applicable sales tax, via Stripe Checkout and grants 1 credit. Each credit produces an unwatermarked JPG and a 300 DPI print-ready PDF — there is no separate HD purchase.
• Card Pack: A Card Pack costs $5.99, plus applicable sales tax, via Stripe Checkout and grants 3 credits ($2.00 a card), spendable on templates, AI generations, or a mix. Each credit produces an unwatermarked JPG and a 300 DPI print-ready PDF. Credits do not expire.
• Failed generations: If a generation attempt fails, you are not charged and no credit is deducted.
• Refunds: Contact us if you are unhappy with a generated card. We will work to make it right on a case-by-case basis.

When you opt into an RSVP page, the page is publicly accessible to anyone with the link. Guest responses are visible to you, the host. RSVP pages and all guest responses are hard-deleted 30 days after the event date.

You retain ownership of the event details, names, and any text you supply. We own the InviteCardAI brand, app, and product. Third-party AI providers may retain certain rights to the generated content under their own terms; check those terms for any commercial-use limitations.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On deletion, your cards, RSVP pages, and guest responses are hard-deleted.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that AI-generated output will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InviteCardAI's aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be announced via the app or email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
